Yes — the Taj Mahal is closed every Friday for prayers. We plan your tour on any other day
of the week.
Can we visit the Taj interior (inner chamber)?▼
Yes — the main mausoleum interior is open. Photography is not permitted inside the inner
chamber.
Is it possible to see the Taj Mahal by moonlight?▼
Moonlight viewing is available 5 nights around the full moon (except Friday & Ramadan). We
can arrange this.
Why should we go so early (5:30 AM)?▼
To arrive at the Taj Mahal in the morning when light is golden, crowds are minimal, and the
experience is most magical.
What vehicle will we travel in?▼
